El Salvador

El Salvador is the smallest country of Central America with a great diversity of surroundings to please visitors in many ways.

Archeology lovers will find in Joya de Ceren a unique settlement of the Mayan region where an entire community has been preserved, giving the opportunity to study their everyday life. Known as the “Mayan Pompeii”, this site is now a UNESCO World Heritage.

You will also find archeological parks with monumental pyramidal structures, ball courts, ceremonial temples and structures that were used for astronomical observation in ancient times.

The country is ideal for conferences, business meetings and international trade fairs since it has the most modern lodging and trade fair facilities, excellent communication technology, and easy to reach facilities. During their free time, visitors can make a quick visit to tourism sites located within not more than one hour; they could even go to have lunch by the sea.
