El Salvador is the smallest country of Central America with a great diversity of surroundings to please visitors in many ways.

Archeology lovers will find in Joya de Ceren a unique settlement of the Mayan region where an entire community has been preserved, giving the opportunity to study their everyday life. Known as the “Mayan Pompeii”, this site is now a UNESCO World Heritage.
You will also find archeological parks with monumental pyramidal structures, ball courts, ceremonial temples and structures that were used for astronomical observation in ancient times.
